Do you offer class reservations to guarantee my spot?
We offer class reservations up to 24 hours in advance on our website. Visit the location page to enroll. Your reservation is only valid up to the start of the class and will be released to a waiting list member when the class starts. Don’t forget to check-in once you arrive!
How do I cancel my reservation if something unexpected comes up?
Simply login into your account and cancel the reservation.
How do I check-in to a class if I do not have a reservation?
You can always check in to a class at your local Vim + Vigor Fitness. We allow class check-ins up to 30 minutes before the class starts. You can use one of our user-friendly kiosks or a Vim + Vigor Fitness team member will assist you at the front desk. You will be provided a class pass that must be redeemed by your class instructor for entry.
What if I am running late to the class?
Our goal is for every Vim + Vigor Fitness class attendee to have a distraction-free workout. Class entry will be closed 5 minutes after the class has started. If you miss your class and need assistance with the strength equipment or cardio equipment, please see a Vim + Vigor Fitness team member. We will be happy to help and make sure you still have a great workout at your local Vim + Vigor Fitness.
Does Vim + Vigor Fitness offer group fitness classes for beginners?
Vim + Vigor Fitness group classes are suited for all fitness levels. Our instructors understand that not everyone has the same goal or the same fitness experience. Instructors will offer modifications to movements and encourage members to move at their own pace.
