How to cancel or pause your Vim + Vigor Fitness membership
To cancel your Vim + Vigor Fitness membership, please reach out to us by phone or in person. To find your Vim + Vigor's phone number and address please see your Vim + Vigor location's dedicated webpage.
You can also log in to your Vim + Vigor MICO (My iCLUB online) account by clicking here and going to the "My Agreement Info" section. You will need to login using your Vim + Vigor Fitness membership agreement information from your original Vim + Vigor Fitness membership contract which was emailed to you when you first joined Vim + Vigor Fitness. If you are unable to find that information we are happy to help! Just give your Vim + Vigor location a call or visit and we'll be happy to retrieve that information for you, or help process your cancellation.
Pausing a membership allows the member’s monthly dues to be lowered to $0 per month for a time period during which the member will be unable to exercise at Vim + Vigor Fitness or affiliate club. The time period may be no less than one (1) month and no greater than four (4) months. Pausing may occur two times every 12 months. If you are interested in pausing your membership, please call or visit Vim + Vigor Fitness during regular operating hours for assistance. A Vim + Vigor Fitness team member will be happy to help!
